Aeplica Genesis provides enterprise AI digital transformation, automated workflow engineering, and digital systems consulting services. All consultation requests, estimates, designs, and platform suggestions offered during chats (including WhatsApp) or form interactions are for informative, discovery purposes only, and do not constitute a formal, binding engineering guarantee until detailed in a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA).
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All codebase, graphics, system architecture, text assets, visual components, logos, brand emblems, and interactive layouts present on this platform are the sole intellectual property of Aeplica Technologies and are protected under international copyright, trademark, and proprietary treaties. Unsanctioned scraping, commercial reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
4. User Commitments & Account Integrity
In using our platform, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and current organization information via contact channels.
• Abstain from utilizing automated scrapers, malicious scripts, or crawlers that stress our servers.
• Refrain from distributing spam, commercial ads, or offensive queries through our support and WhatsApp chat widgets.
• Comply with all local, national, and international trade, legal, and operational regulations.
5. Limitation of Liability & Warranty
This digital platform and its associated consulting discovery features are provided strictly on an 'As Is' and 'As Available' basis without warranties of any kind. Aeplica Genesis and its technology affiliates assume absolutely no liability for operational business downtime, revenue leakage, database losses, or workflow errors resulting from information retrieved on this website or preliminary chat feedback.
